Last updated 6 October 2026

This notice explains what personal data Ludus Technology collects through this website, why, who receives it, how long it is kept, and how you can see, correct or delete it. It is written to meet the information requirements of Moroccan law n° 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, "GDPR").

Who is responsible for your data

The controller ("responsable du traitement") is Ludus Technology SARLAU, Morocco. For any question about your data, write to privacy@ludus-technology.com.

Registered address and company registration details: to be added.

We have not appointed a data protection officer.

Declaration to the CNDP

The declaration of this processing to the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP) is being filed. Its receipt number will be published here as soon as it is issued.

What this notice covers

This notice covers the public website at ludus-technology.com and its contact form. It does not cover services we deliver to clients under a contract; those are described in the agreement for each engagement.

What we collect, and why

Situation Data Purpose
You send the contact form Your name, email address, company (optional) and the message you write. To read and answer your enquiry.
You email us directly Your email address and whatever you include in your message. To read and answer your message.
You visit any page Your IP address and the technical details every browser sends with a request. To deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. The contact form keeps your IP address in memory for at most one hour to limit repeated submissions; it is never written to our database.

The name, email address and message fields of the form are required: without them we cannot reply to you. The company field is optional. Please do not include sensitive information (health, religion, political opinions, identity card numbers and the like) in your message; we do not need it to answer you.

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models. No decision about you is made automatically.

One blog page, Ludus Lumina, loads its styling from cdn.tailwindcss.com, so that service receives your IP address when you open that page. No other page loads anything from a third party.

Legal basis

We process your enquiry because you asked us to reply, and it may be a step towards a contract you request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We also have a legitimate interest in answering the messages people send us and in keeping the site safe from abuse (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them.

Who receives your data

Only Ludus Technology reads your enquiry. To run the website and deliver your message to us, we use these providers:

Telegram Delivers a notification of your enquiry (name, email, company and the start of your message) to us. May be outside Morocco and the European Union

Your data is therefore transferred outside Morocco. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Retention of the hosting server's technical access logs: to be confirmed.

Your rights

Under law n° 09-08, you have the right to:

If the GDPR applies to you, you also have the right to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@ludus-technology.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.

How to complain

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the CNDP, Morocco's data protection authority, at cndp.ma. If you live in the European Union, you can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to stored enquiries is restricted to Ludus Technology, and backups are checked every day. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we recommend you do not send highly sensitive information through the form.
